Delivery Policy (Hong Kong)
Delivery Lead-time: The stock levels shown on the product pages are not updated in real time. Stock availability is confirmed after orders are placed. In general, items will be sent within 30 days after payment is settled, except for the following brands:
WILLOW: 45 days
OAKI: 75 days
NOVA: 75 days
MOODBY: subject to the shipment schedule
All lighting brands: 14-21 days
Customised items: 60 days
Stock Availability: We try to update stock availability on our website as much as we can, however, please understand that it is not a real time update. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible of the lead-time of the goods.
We strive to make sure that our furniture reaches its new home within the expected time. However, as there are many factors involved in the delivery process, any times quoted for delivery are genuine estimates only and are given in good faith, but not guaranteed. Because of this, please understand that we are unable to accept any liability if there is any delay in delivery.
Pick Up Service: All the items can be picked up in our warehouse. The customer or authorised parties have the responsibility to check the items before picking them up. Any damage found after pick up is not valid for any return / refund / exchange. (Bulbs are invalid for any return / refund / exchange after pick up. ) Customers may arrange for an authorized party (i.e. van company or courier) to pick up and deliver their item(s). The authorized party should be furnished with a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase.
Friendly Reminder: Item(s) may be delivered by S.F. Express under the authorization of customers. Any damage during the delivery must be claimed from S.F. Express. EMOH is not responsible for any damage. Dissatisfied items must be returned to our store for replacement.
Door to Door Delivery Service: This is available at a designated delivery fee depending on the delivery location.
Property Accessibility: The customer must make sure the delivery item can fit through the building entrance, inside the lift, through hallways, the front door, and any area required for delivery before placing the order. Returns or refunds are not valid based on accessibility limitation or if the delivered item cannot fit through any area while being delivered.
Premium Assembly Service: Assembly service may be provided upon request with additional charges. It includes dismantling of packaging, assembly of products and removal of all trash. (Please refer to the respective product webpage for actual fees required for the assembly service.)
* All delivery and assembly fees are one-off fees, which do not include any return service.
Delivery Fees for different local districts: this one-off fee is fixed, no matter how many products we are delivering to you.
NOT Present to Receive Delivery: If you are not present to receive your scheduled delivery at the time slot stated, our delivery team will return the items to our warehouse. We will reschedule the delivery, with an extra delivery cost from $350 to $800.
^ For customers living on outlying islands or restricted areas with special permits, we can only deliver to the nearest port. You will then need to arrange for another delivery company to meet our team. This is due to restrictions in our delivery permit.
Furniture Disposal: Our company does not provide any furniture disposal service, however, our delivery teams may be happy to help for an additional fee. Please inform our sales team your request for disposal prior to delivery so that the delivery teams can give you a quotation in advance.
Walk-up surcharge per item: Shall apply for delivery locations with staircase entrances only or items not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of size limitations. The walk-up fee varies according to the size of the delivered item and the number of stairs required to walk up.
Please kindly note that all delivery fees quoted here are for reference only and are subject to change depending on the actual circumstances.
*Class A. Large bulky items (e.g. bed-frames, sofas, dining tables equal to or greater than 160cm, sideboard/TV cabinet, marble products)
*Class B. Medium-size items (e.g. 1-seater, lounge chairs, dining tables less than 160cm, desks)
*Class C. Small items (e.g. coffee tables, chairs, stools, lamps)
** This is a pre-paid rate. Requesting walk-in service on delivery date would have additionally $200 last minute service fee.)
Storage Fee: There is no additional charge for delay of delivery or pick up within 14 calendar days after the first agreed delivery date. An additional storage cost will be incurred after 14 days. (100HKD/week/per cubic meter)
Display Items: Delivery service for display items is available. However, it is recommended to do self-pick up as we are not responsible for any liability of damage during transportation. The customer assumes the risk of any damage during delivery.
Delivery Policy (Macau)
We offer delivery to Macau. However, due to the limitation of our delivery team, we are only able to deliver goods to ground floors with truck accessibility. We do not offer assembly and installation services in Macau. Customers must arrange for their own assembly and installation if necessary.
